SignalOps Agency ("SignalOps", "we", "us") provides autonomous B2B lead generation infrastructure. We treat client confidentiality and tenant isolation as foundational engineering requirements. This policy explains how we collect, store, and isolate information across our managed cloud workspaces.
Each client operates within a strictly segregated workspace. Your Odoo 19 CRM database, OpenClaw execution contexts, secondary sending domains, and prospective lead lists are physically or logically partitioned to your dedicated tenant namespace. We never pool, aggregate, or cross-sell lead data between clients.
When you provide an OpenRouter, Anthropic, or OpenAI API key, your key is stored securely in encrypted environment vaults and used exclusively to authenticate requests executed on behalf of your workspace. SignalOps does not log, train on, or mark up your AI tokens.
Our automation engines enforce strict compliance gates: every outbound email contains a verified physical postal address (1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904), non-deceptive subject lines, and instant 10-day opt-out processing. Canadian and non-commercial recipients are filtered in compliance with CASL and GDPR rules.
